Refunds & Processing

STORE CREDIT:

When your return is received you will get an email notification containing your Store Credit to be used on anything at Eternal Kiss (and it doesn't expire!)

RETURNS FOR REFUND:

When we receive your return, please allow for 14 days for processing and refunds to take place. (A $4.99 fee is deducted from your refund which is non-refundable, if applicable.)

EXCHANGES:

When we receive your return, it will be inspected and you will receive an email notification containing your Store Credit to use on another size or style within 24 hours of delivery to us. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email to support@eternalkiss.co.nz

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Your satisfaction is our main concern, and we will work to rectify the situation quickly!

Eternal Kiss only carries brands which are authentic and purchased directly from the designers and manufacturers. We work hard to offer top quality products and brands.
