Return & Exchange Policy
Return fee: $4.99
Through this option we will provide a refund for the original amount you paid for the product minus a $4.99 Return Fee.
In the event that a refund or exchange is made due to an error of Eternal Kiss or a faulty product, this return will not imply any additional cost for you.
To be eligible for Returns or Exchanges you must meet our Return Policy guidelines:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email to support@eternalkiss.co.nz. Also, if you realized the product you bought was not your size, don’t worry, contact us within 24hours and we will get on to it.
- Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For faulty items, we will make a full refund to you as soon as possible.
- The product must be unwashed and unused. No stains, damage or odors, otherwise they will not be accepted.
- The product must be in its original packaging, no label must have been removed, including hygiene liners.
- Bikinis that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged, for reasons of hygiene.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on all Earrings due to hygiene reasons. If it is damaged, please email us at: support@eternalkiss.co.nz
- Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately, sale products are not valid for any refund.
- The products you purchased under a discount or promotion are not valid for any refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, only to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We highly suggest that you keep your e-mail with purchase confirmation.
